Allseas is seeking a Team Lead Crew Operations to manage a team of approximately four Crew Operations Coordinators and ensure seamless crew logistics for vessels worldwide. You will liaise with vessel teams, port agents and service providers while guiding your team in a dynamic operational environment.
We value leadership, strong coordination, and the ability to maintain clear communication across diverse stakeholders, with occasional travel to vessels or locations worldwide.
