Over the years, this Belgian family-run business has grown into a group fully dedicated to hotel operations and management. Today, Cayman Group operates 14 hotels under several renowned international brands, including ibis, ibis budget and Novotel from the Accor Group, as well as Moxy by Marriott. The Group is also present in France with a Holiday Inn Express.
The journey continues, with new hotel openings planned for 2027, further strengthening Cayman Group’s position as a dynamic player in the hospitality industry.
We are looking for an operations manager for one of our hotels in Liege.

Your playing field
As Operations Manager, you oversee hotel operations, enhance the guest experience and support teams on a daily basis.
Uurrooster
We are looking for energy and the right mindset.
- Experience in operational management within the hospitality industry
- Excellent command of French and English
- Dutch is a plus
- Mobility in Belgium is essential
