L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a Floor Manager for Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent & Giorgio Armani Cosmetics at Inno Brussels. You will lead the counters, coach Beauty Advisors, ensure a premium customer experience and drive sales in a luxury department store setting.
Your role includes product presentation, promotions, and close collaboration with Inno’s management team to maintain brand standards across Lancôme, YSL, Giorgio Armani, Viktor & Rolf, Prada, Valentino, Mugler and Biotherm.
