Business Analyst - Expert Cards (SRQ158770)

• Analyse issues and propose cards product & services improvements
• Analyse and evaluate change requests
• Identify solutions together with the colleagues in the squad and evaluate the different options
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Act as interface with the stakeholders
• Bridge the business needs with IT
• Define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT)
• Follow-up implementation of the change, including Business Acceptance testing (BAT)

Language requirements

• Good spoken communication skills is Dutch useful
• Good spoken communication skills is French recommended
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills is a must

Education

• Master Degree Business Mgt or equal through experience

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Experience

• At least 6 years of relevant experience mandatory
• Knowledge of cards related technology and architecture preferable
• Business expertise (products, processes, etc) in cards and related services
• Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc) mandatory
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Experience as Business analysist in a cards environment
• Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business
• Experience with the agile methodology preferable
• Knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc
• Client-oriented
• Able to communicate with all stakeholders and senior management
