EY in Luxembourg is seeking a Withholding Tax Reclaim Assistant to join its International Tax group. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams handling complex issues and advising on international tax implications for multinational companies in mergers, acquisitions, financing and holding activities.
You will contribute to pre and post-completion tax planning, due diligence, and review transaction documentation from a tax perspective.
