About the Role
Join a dynamic team that provides consumer and influencer data, perspectives, and insights to guide smarter business decisions.
As a Market Demand Planner for BeLux, you will be responsible for building the most accurate and realistic market forecasts, acting as a backbone for the business to improve customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and enable a lean end-to-end supply chain.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand the market, enrich demand signals from the regional Centre of Excellence (CoE), and challenge forecasts using strong data-driven insights.
We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of the demand planning process, influence stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in driving alignment through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Your Key Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting
- Enrich local forecasts with market insights, focusing on the short-term horizon (0 to 4 months).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to continuously improve forecast quality.
- Analyze market volumes and adjust forecasts by channel where necessary.
- Own and drive the demand planning process for the BeLux market.
- Lead demand discussions and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure robust demand plans for business unit leadership reviews.
- Track forecast performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management with local market insights.
- Maintain high-quality historical data to strengthen forecasting accuracy and predictive analytics.
- Act as the voice of demand within the business unit.
- Build strong relationships with commercial and supply chain stakeholders.
- Lead demand reviews within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Challenge assumptions and forecasts using data-driven insights.
- Influence stakeholders to reach consensus and alignment on demand plans.
- Clearly communicate forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
- Coordinate with CoE demand planners on exceptions and major impacts.
Promotion & Event Planning
- Integrate promotions, campaigns, and market events into forecasts.
- Measure and analyze forecast uplift resulting from promotional activities.
- Evaluate business risks and opportunities associated with commercial initiatives.
About You
You are an experienced Demand Planning professional with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to translate data into business actions.
You have hands-on experience developing forecasts, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across commercial and supply chain functions. You are confident challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, and taking ownership of the demand planning agenda.
You thrive in cross-functional environments and understand how demand forecasting impacts the broader supply chain and business performance.
Skills & Experience
Demand Planning Expertise
- Proven experience in Demand Planning and demand forecasting.
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to demand planning processes.
- Experience participating in and driving discussions within the S&OP process.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand drivers.
- Ability to challenge and improve forecasts through data and market insights.
