We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join a major data centre construction programme in the Brussels region. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile mission-critical project for a leading international contractor, overseeing the delivery of key project phases from construction through to handover.
Responsibilities
- Overall project delivery, ensuring programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved.
- Manage multidisciplinary construction and engineering teams on site.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
- Drive project schedules, risk management and reporting activities.
- Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Previous experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, pharmaceutical, energy or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
