What will you do?
- Build Your Business: Proactively reach out to corporate clients across the region to map out their recruitment needs and develop long-lasting business partnerships.
- Find & Connect: Target and headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, modern AI tools, and our existing network.
- Assess & Match: Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover candidates' career ambitions and match them with the right company culture.
- Drive Results: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish — from initial client acquisition to contract negotiation and candidate onboarding.
