Strategic Integral Planning Coordinator

• You hold a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (Construction).
• You have at least 3 years of experience in construction projects.
• You are analytical and pragmatic.
• You communicate confidently and are not afraid to take a stand.
• You have an interest in project management tools.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You are flexible and eager to work on the most challenging projects.

The ideal candidate

• You work within a project team and advise the project manager across the various domains of project controls.
• You have a foundational understanding of the technical coherence of complex projects and can translate this into an integral project planning.
• You are responsible for the planning and control process. You carry out scenario, risk and delay analyses.
• You advise the project manager and project team on changes and potential claims.
• You work with project management software tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
