Are you an experienced chef who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Do you enjoy supporting the wider kitchen operation rather than being confined to a single section? Then we would love to hear from you.

To strengthen our culinary team, we are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous-Chef, you will help ensure smooth service, maintain high culinary standards, and support the development of the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established standards.

Support various kitchen sections depending on operational needs.

Ensure efficient mise-en-place and service preparation.

Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Assist in coordinating daily kitchen operations.

Support and guide junior kitchen team members when required.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.

Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.

Assist during banqueting events, restaurant service, breakfast service, and other culinary operations.

Job requirements

Several years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.

A flexible and hands-on approach to kitchen operations.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.

Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset.
