Test Coordinator Senior

What you will do

You will join a project team responsible for defining and implementing business and regulatory reports across different regions and services during an SAP S/4HANA migration. Working closely with the project manager, various business services, and the data factory, you will coordinate all testing activities for this transformation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Define and maintain the test strategy in line with the organisation's testing methodology and project acceptance criteria, covering both functional and non-functional aspects (performance, load, security)
• Define and coordinate activities across different test phases (test plan definition and execution, data preparation, etc.) and lead various teams and stakeholders from the business
• Set up test organisation in testing tools (HP Quality Center/Azure Test Plans) following the organisation's best practices
• Identify and maintain the test schedule, including tracking availability of different test environments throughout all test periods
• Monitor raised defects and define their prioritisation in collaboration with the project manager, business contacts, and data factory representatives
• Ensure consistency of information in testing tools (test status vs defects, test organisation, etc.) using available scripts and with support from the test lead
• Implement monitoring indicators (based on organisational standards) and ensure their quality to support project committee and steering decisions

You will also coordinate testing activities for the SAP Finance domain during the business data migration to S/4HANA.

What we are looking for

Essential experience and skills:

• Confirmed experience (6+ years) in defining and implementing test strategies (non-automated) on recent medium and large-scale projects, covering activities, planning, monitoring, risks, and costs
• Confirmed experience (6+ years) in setting up, participating in, and coordinating testing in Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid project approaches
• Confirmed experience in leading test sessions with business teams (planning, supervision, training, etc.)
• Confirmed experience using HP Quality Center
• Strong knowledge of testing methods and techniques (ISTQB Foundation level or equivalent)
• French at C2 level and English at B1 level (CEFR scale)

Valuable additional experience:

• Experience (3+ years) in analytics, BI, or big data domains
• Proven experience using Azure DevOps
• Experience leading testing activities for SAP-oriented projects (knowledge of the finance domain is highly appreciated)

• Able to adapt your communication style to different audiences (developers, business analysts, testers, project managers, business stakeholders)

The setting

This assignment runs for an initial period of six months, renewable, starting in September 2026. The role is based in Gosselies (Hainaut) with a hybrid working arrangement: a minimum of two days per week on-site is required, with additional days possible depending on service needs. As the site is not easily accessible by public transport, having a driving licence and vehicle is preferable.

A handover period of ten days is included at the start of the assignment.
