Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Expert (BE - Wallonie)
We are seeking a skilledand experiencedSenior Consultantwithexpertise inSupply Chain Management. In thisrole, you will partner with clients to drive transformative improvements,optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will leveragedata-driven insights and industry best practices to solve complex businesschallenges, delivering measurable value and sustainable change. This role is based in the Brussels area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and executesupply chain optimizationprojects,ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
- Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and developtailored strategies to enhanceproductivity, cost efficiency,and service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implementbest-in-class supply chain strategies, includingdemand planning, production planning, inventory management, andlogistics.
- Assess and leverage emergingtechnology trends, automation,and digital solutionsto enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliverinsightful presentations andreports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations tostakeholders.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a cultureof excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree inSupply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experiencein consulting, or supply chain management, preferably within aleading consulting firm or industry leader.
- Experience withERP, business intelligence, anddigital transformation solutionswithin supply chainoperations.
- Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and projectmanagement skills.
- Proven track record ofdelivering cost savings,operational improvements, and efficiency gainsin supply chainfunctions.
- Strong knowledge of PMO methods such asAgile, Prince and/or APICS(certificationpreferred).
- Strong appetite foroperational excellence andcontinuous improvementsactivities.
- Strongstakeholder management and communicationabilities, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels ofan organization.
- Ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environmentandmanage multiple priorities effectively.
