From theme parks, museums and immersive attractions to hospitality destinations, visitor experiences and cultural landmarks, we combine creativity, technology and storytelling to deliver award-winning projects. We're looking for a Project Manager – AV, Lighting & Immersive Experiences who can unite creative and technical teams and successfully lead complex projects from concept through completion.

Experience in location-based entertainment, themed attractions, entertainment technology or audiovisual integration is considered a strong advantage.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of AV, lighting and multimedia installations.

You will serve as the central point of contact between clients, designers, technical specialists, suppliers and installation partners. You will oversee planning, budgets, scope, quality and risks while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.

Working closely with designers, technical designers and programmers, you will help transform creative concepts into extraordinary visitor experiences.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from concept development through final delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans.

• Coordinate collaboration between clients, design teams, suppliers and contractors.

• Monitor project scope, planning, quality, budgets and risks.

• Organize project meetings and follow up on action items.

• Coordinate technical designs and implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.

• Select, manage and oversee suppliers and subcontractors.

• Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Identify project risks and challenges proactively and implement solutions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.

AV, Lighting & Multimedia

• Good understanding of professional lighting, audio, video and multimedia systems.

• Understanding of how different technologies come together within immersive experiences, visitor attractions and entertainment projects.

• Experience coordinating technical installations and working with designers, engineers, suppliers and system integrators.

• Ability to assess technical solutions based on feasibility, quality, risks and budget impact.

• Affinity with innovative technologies in entertainment, hospitality and location-based entertainment projects.

Technical Coordination & Delivery

• Understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from design and engineering through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

• Experience coordinating technical documentation, suppliers and installation teams.

• Ability to identify technical challenges early and work with specialists to develop practical solutions.

• Strong awareness of quality, safety, reliability and maintainability of technical installations.

Tools & Productivity

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
