Patria Belgium is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Support Agent to ensure excellent support throughout the order lifecycle. You will be the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely order processing.
Coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality and Finance is essential to provide updates, resolve delays and maintain accurate ERP records. Fluency in French and English is required.
