We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- To develop the expertise and knowledge on the sector:
- Manage and deliver BCLF projects
- Conduct studies relevant to the sector, such as the yearly Cycle Logistics Barometer
- Collect information via available studies, experts and stakeholders
- To represent the Federation:
- Represent the BCLF at any relevant instances and initiatives (experts groups, events, projects, politics, administrations, …)
- Establish and maintain contacts with stakeholders within and outside the sector
- Participate in national, regional and local initiatives
- To link the members of the Federation:
- Organise and animate webinars, workshops, and BCLF events
- Prospects and develop the Federation with new members
Job requirements
- High interest and affinity for sustainable transport and logistics
- High curiosity and willingness to learn
- Ability to translate a vision into execution plan
- At ease in social contacts and to open new doors
Skills
- Able to work autonomously, self-organised, results driven
- Collaborative spirit
- Flexibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent Dutch proficiency
- Good practice of English and French
Education and Experience
- Master in any relevant field
- Ideally with a first professional experience
- Ideally with previous experience in transport, logistics or mobility sector
