Marketing Technology Coordinator

About Reynaers Group

At Reynaers Group, we create innovative and sustainable solutions for the building envelope. With a strong focus on design, technology and sustainability, we help shape better living and working environments around the world.
Our Group Marketing team plays an important role in bringing our brands, products and digital experiences to life. We are continuously improving the way we collaborate, manage content and usetechnology to support our markets and customers.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Technology Coordinator to help us build, evolve and get the most out of our marketing technology landscape — with a specific focus on our public websites.

Your role

As a Marketing Technology Coordinator, you will become part of our Group Marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Technology Manager. You will act as the go‑to expert for the MarTech platforms behind our public websites — reynaers.com, Reynaers Aluminium and Forster Systems — and the ecosystem of tools connected to them (PIM, DAM, TMS,CRM).
You will be the bridge between marketing, business stakeholders and our technical partners. On one side, you translate business priorities into structured technical solutions. On the other, you make complex technology understandable and usable for our marketing teams and end-users.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, web technology and data — and if youlike seeing the direct impact of your work in an international environment.

What you will do

  • Act as the expert on our marketing web technology platforms (public websites) and the broader MarTech ecosystem within Group Marketing and the wider company
  • Collaborate closely with your manager to gather business priorities and roadmap objectives, and bring structure to the backlog
  • Lead small and medium‑sized projects within the marketing technology domain from start to finish
  • Provide technical advice from A to Z: together with the domain architect, define APIs and the corresponding data mappings
  • Review functional and technical requirements for new features, validate acceptance criteria and prepare test scripts for later automation
  • Coordinate releases with external developers and ensure smooth deployment of new features, with minimising business disruption
  • Safeguard the quality of our solutions — user friendliness, non‑functional requirements and business relevance — and support the product owner with technical validations to deliver performant features
  • Ensure required integrations run smoothly between the public websites and PIM, DAM, TMS and CRM systems
  • Act as back‑up for the customer portal when needed
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear language for Marketing Operations and end‑users, helping to raise digital maturity at a feasible pace
  • Drive user adoption of our marketing technology by organising trainings and sharing tips and best practices
  • Work together with internal teams and external providers to execute the validated roadmap in a timely and budget‑efficient way, and resolve urgent issues when they arise

Who are we looking for?

You are a hands‑on, curious professional who enjoys working at the crossroads of marketing, web technology and data. You are structured, solution‑oriented and you like making complex things simple for others.
You:

  • Have a professional bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field
  • Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing technology, web development or digital platform role
  • Have hands‑on experience with or a strong interest in Drupal, PHP and JavaScript
  • Are familiar with GA4, Looker Studio and BigQuery,or eager to deepen your knowledge in this area
  • Understand how APIs and integrations work between platforms such as PIM, DAM, TMS and CRM
  • Are comfortable coordinating with external developers and managing releases
  • Have an eye for quality, structure and user experience
  • Are a strong communicator who can translate technical topics into clear, actionable language for non‑technical audiences
  • Are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus

What we offer

This role gives you the opportunity to shape the marketing technology backbone of an international group — and to see the direct impact of your work on our brands, markets and customers.
You will:

  • Work on real, high‑impact projects across our public websites and connected MarTech ecosystem
  • Take ownership of small and medium‑sized projects from day one
  • Gain broad experience across Drupal, integrations, analytics and marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with colleagues and st
