EMW, Inc. is seeking a Voice Specialist to support Brussels-based Unified Communications systems, primarily Skype for Business. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and hands-on experience with voice infrastructure.
The incumbent will diagnose incidents, configure VOIP, deploy patches, and produce SOPs. Availability for after-hours work and coordination with internal teams is expected.
