We are looking for a Project Manager to support a strategic corporate culture transformation programme.

Hybrid in Brussels: 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budget.
Maintain the project roadmap and manage risks, issues, dependencies, bottlenecks, and change control.
Prepare governance materials, presentations, meeting minutes, action trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
Organise workshops, meetings, events, and engagement activities, ensuring effective logistical coordination.
Coordinate surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other culture diagnostics, consolidating qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Liaise with HR, Communications, business teams, and external partners to maintain stakeholder alignment.
Monitor participation, adoption, performance indicators, and culture-related KPIs.
Maintain project documentation, version control, SharePoint environments, and programme administration.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, or equivalent professional experience.
At least two years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools.
Excellent organisational, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Strong written and spoken French, Dutch, and English.
