COREcruitment Ltd in Brussels is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, service-driven venue. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, guest experience, and team leadership during busy lunch and dinner periods.
The role requires a solid understanding of Belgian employment law, hands-on leadership on the floor, and a passion for hospitality. Fluency in French and/or Dutch with English a plus is preferred.
