Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a Senior Domain Delivery Lead to drive a major digital transformation program. This role involves federating multiple agile squads to modernize business applications and build an integrated, future-proof IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Federate multiple agile squads around a common vision to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.
- Foster team autonomy through servant leadership, providing clear frameworks and guiding squads toward higher maturity levels.
- Coordinate global planning and manage inter-team dependencies while transparently arbitrating priorities.
- Identify and remove organizational roadblocks by facilitating collaboration between business units, IT, and external stakeholders.
- Manage project change requests, financial budgeting, and regular progress reporting to senior management.
- Oversee supplier relationships and performance, treating external vendors as strategic partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project leadership and managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
- 8+ years of experience in complex stakeholder management within large-scale digitalization projects.
- 5+ years of expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex environments.
- Extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering and operational optimization.
- Proven track record in Change Management and organizational transformation.
- Solid knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and application lifecycle management.
- Experience in budget and capacity management within a public administration context.
- Resilient, solution-oriented leader with excellent diplomacy and mediation skills.
- You are native in French or Dutch with good knowledge of English.

- Experience in a bridge role such as Senior Product Owner or Business Relationship Manager.
