To support the further growth of our team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer with a strong technical background and relevant experience in the HVAC sector. In this versatile role, you will be an important technical point of contact for our customers and help them find the right solution for their specific needs. You will advise customers and propose correct, technically sound solutions for the automation of ventilation systems.

You will also answer technical questions and guide customers in selecting and applying the right products and solutions. You are able to translate complex technical information into clear and understandable advice for the customer. In addition to the technical aspects of the role, you will also contribute to our commercial and communication activities. This includes writing content for our website, such as technical articles, product information and other relevant content. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that technical information is presented accurately, clearly and in an engaging way.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the HVAC sector and a strong technical background. Knowledge of ventilation systems, control technology and automation is a strong advantage. You are analytical, solution‑oriented and have sufficient commercial awareness to translate technical solutions into practical advice for the customer.

A good command of both Dutch and English is required. You communicate clearly and professionally and value providing customers with accurate, service‑oriented support. You work independently and accurately and are proactive in your approach. Although the position is primarily based in the office, we expect you to be willing to travel occasionally and visit our key customers in person. You enjoy building strong customer relationships and thinking along with customers on‑site to find the right technical solutions.
