ConXioN in België zoekt een Support Engineer VoIP & Unified Communications die klanten met vragen rond telefonie en UC snel helpt. Je behandelt supportvragen via telefoon, e-mail en tickets en analyseert problemen rond VoIP en SIP-trunks.
Je lost first- en second line vragen op en werkt nauw samen met engineering en operations. Je configureert en beheert telefonie- en communicatieoplossingen, documenteert oplossingen en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
