Londerzeel, Vlaams-Brabant, Belgique AppliSquare Temps plein 65 000 € - 85 000 € Contrat

For an international manufacturing group in the region of Londerzeel, we are looking for a hands‑on ERP Analyst. The company employs approximately 100 people and is experiencing rapid growth, this growth is a major challenge in terms of further digitalisation.

The management team places great importance on IT and views it as a strategic tool to further improve business efficiency.

The main projects on the agenda include:

  • Rolling out the current ERP system in Asia.
  • Optimising existing ERP processes and functionalities.
  • Integrating the ERP and WMS systems.
  • Preparing for the selection process for a new ERP system.

The ERP Analyst will work closely with an ERP Analyst based at the company's site in Germany and will report directly to the IT Manager.

Position

The ERP Analyst will take a hands‑on approach to working with the ERP system while also managing projects and coordinating external consultants.

You will oversee ERP projects from A to Z. You will conduct analyses, translate business requirements into appropriate solutions, configure the application, document all processes and monitor project progress.

You will regularly work with SQL as part of this process.

Your role will therefore go beyond providing advice: you will actively contribute to implementation and help build a stable, high-performing and future‑proof ERP environment.

You will also ensure that other systems, including the company's WMS, are properly integrated with the ERP system.

You will manage the external ERP partner and monitor project scope and budget.

You will ensure that users work with the systems correctly, including by providing clear documentation, and organise the necessary training sessions.

You will work closely with senior management. The company places great value on IT and sees it as an investment in future growth. You will contribute to the selection of new systems, advise on potential IT investments and continuously explore new technologies.

Profile

  • You have experience implementing ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Exact or an other ERP system.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can quickly map business processes and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
  • Experience managing IT projects is an advantage, but not essential. An ERP consultant with strong organisational skills could also successfully transition into this role.
  • You are communicative and hands‑on, and you enjoy staying closely connected to the business and its employees.
  • You are flexible and service‑oriented. You are willing to travel occasionally to the company's other sites in Germany, China and the US. Any travel will be communicated in advance and will be limited to no more than 5% of your working time.
  • You speak fluent English. Knowledge of Dutch is a big plus, but no must.

Offer

  • An attractive salary package, including additional benefits (company car not possible, but other advantages like high net expenses and insurances).
  • An in‑house position in the Londerzeel region, within a growing SME with an international presence and limited travel requirements.
  • A family‑oriented atmosphere in a professionally managed company with highly committed and loyal employees.
  • A role with significant responsibility and plenty of room for personal initiative and input.
  • An open, collaborative and no‑nonsense working environment.
