Penetration Tester

<div><h3><b>Offensive Security & Penetration Testing</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform penetration tests on <b>network, infrastructure, and application environments</b> (external, internal, remote access).</li>
<li>Conduct <b>targeted attacks and adversarial simulations</b>, including OSINT, spear phishing, and red team techniques.</li>
<li>Identify vulnerabilities, assess risk levels, and validate real-world exploitability.</li>
<li>Produce <b>high-quality technical and executive reports</b> with clear, actionable remediation recommendations.</li>
<li>Provide <b>strategic security guidance</b> tailored to clients’ maturity levels and operational constraints.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior penetration testers, sharing offensive techniques and best practices.</li>
<li>Contribute to the evolution of ’ <b>offensive security methodologies, tools, and frameworks</b>.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external cybersecurity stakeholders to clearly communicate findings and improve overall security posture.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with emerging <b>attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques</b>.</li>
<li>Participate in internal <b>research, development, and training initiatives</b> to enhance offensive capabilities.</li>
<li>Contribute to the cybersecurity community through <b>responsible disclosure, research, and knowledge sharing</b>.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Qualifications & Skills</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum <b>2 years of experience</b> in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <b>operating systems, networking, and application-layer security</b>.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with offensive security tools and frameworks such as:</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and <b>technical reporting</b> skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Certifications (Preferred)</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Offensive Security or GIAC certifications, such as:</li>
<li><b>OSCP, OSEP, OSWP, OSCE, OSED, GPEN</b>, or equivalent</li>
<li>Participation in <b>CTF competitions</b>, <b>FLARE-ON challenges</b>, or <b>SANS training</b> is highly valued.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Languages</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><b>English:</b> Professional working proficiency</li>
<li><b>French or Dutch:</b> Full professional or native proficiency</li>
<li>Proficiency in <b>both French and Dutch</b> is a strong plus</li>
