Relationship Manager Investments

We’re looking for a business advisor for an independent bank branch to guide clients on investments and/or loans. You’ll be part of a small, stable team where independence, initiative, and a personal approach are key.

• You’ll be working at an independent, local bank branch with a strong focus on personal customer contact.
• You’ll advise retail customers on investments, loans, and mortgages, depending on your knowledge and interests.
• You’ll build lasting customer relationships and identify business opportunities during conversations.
• You’ll have the freedom to independently manage your customer portfolio and take proactive initiative.
• You’ll contribute to the branch’s continued business growth and help identify new opportunities.
• You’ll work closely with a small, experienced, and stable team.
• Clients can count on personalized and accessible service, with a focus on local contact.

• You have a strong business mindset and thrive on customer interaction.
• You are open, sociable, and a good communicator.
• You preferably have experience with or an interest in investments, loans, and/or mortgages.
• You work independently, take initiative, and don’t wait for opportunities to come to you.
• You are customer-focused and value building long-term relationships.
• Both experienced candidates and junior sales professionals with the right potential are eligible.
• You are looking for a full-time or 4/5 position.
• You value good teamwork and enjoy being part of a close-knit, local team.
• You’ll be joining a very stable and experienced team with low turnover.
• You’ll have an independent sales role with room to take initiative and grow alongside the office.

• You’ll receive a competitive gross monthly salary based on your experience and expertise.
• For experienced candidates, the salary can be as high as approximately €4,000 gross per month.
• As an entry-level employee, you can expect a salary of around €3,000 gross per month.
• You’ll receive meal vouchers worth €10.
