Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights?
We're looking for a Data Analyst to help drive informed decision-making across a growing organisation in Belgium.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations. You'll play a key role in identifying trends, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources
- Developing dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business decisions
- Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting processes
- Supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
- Good understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices
- Experience working with Excel and analytical tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Exposure to data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience working in Agile environments
