We are the destination for .NET professionals who want to do more than write code — we want you to grow into a consultant who makes a real impact for our clients.
You've built a solid foundation in software development. You know your way around .NET, you write code that other people actually want to review, and you're ready for the next challenge. As a .NET Consultant, you'll work embedded in client teams across diverse projects, bringing technical craft and a problem-solving mindset to every engagement. You'll be supported by experienced engineers and a structured growth framework that makes the path forward clear from day one.
Our belief is simple: the best software professionals are never done growing. That's why we invest seriously in your development — with dedicated learning days, a personal mentor, and a team that genuinely shares knowledge.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As a .NET Consultant, you are more than a developer — you are a trusted technical contributor on client projects that matter. You design and build backend features, take ownership of your deliverables, and collaborate closely with your team and clients to deliver solutions that are clean, scalable, and built to last.
More and more of our projects involve AI integrations. That means you'll have the opportunity to work with AI-assisted tooling from day one — not as a gimmick, but as a genuine part of how modern software gets built.
Your daily challenge is to write tested, maintainable .NET solutions, participate actively in code reviews, and grow your understanding of the broader system you're contributing to — all while building the consultancy mindset that separates great engineers from great consultants.
YOUR SKILLS
We're looking for driven .NET Consultants with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Microsoft stack and a genuine passion for continuous growth.
- Backend Development: Solid C# and .NET fundamentals — dependency injection, ASP.NET Core middleware, configuration management (appsettings, environment variables), exception handling patterns. Comfortable building and consuming REST APIs with proper HTTP conventions and Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
- Data Access: Working experience with Entity Framework Core (CRUD, migrations, relationships). Basic SQL knowledge and an understanding of when to reach for a lightweight ORM like Dapper.
- Testing & Quality: Unit testing with xUnit or NUnit as a default, not an afterthought. Participation in code reviews — both giving and receiving. Git workflow in a team context: feature branching, PRs, and merge discipline.
- Tooling & Infrastructure: Day-to-day comfort in Visual Studio or VS Code. Familiarity with Docker basics and an understanding of CI pipeline concepts (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Structured logging with Serilog or the built-in Microsoft logging abstractions.
- Cloud: Familiarity with Azure fundamentals — App Service, Functions, and Storage are a good starting point. AZ-900 is a plus, or something you're motivated to pursue.
- AI & Modern Tooling: You use GitHub Copilot (completions, inline chat, `/explain` and `/test` commands) and LLM tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow — effectively, critically, and with an eye on data privacy in client environments.
- Consultancy Mindset: You ask the right questions, communicate blockers early, and take accountability for your work without needing to be chased.
WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, you'll join a team with a structured career framework that makes advancement transparent and evidence-based — no guesswork, no politics. You'll get dedicated learning days and an event budget every year, a personal mentor for your first six months, and regular technical assessments that give you an honest picture of where you stand and where to go next.
