Our client, a major player in the food sector in Hainaut, is looking for a Level 2 Prevention Advisor to strengthen its HSE team and contribute to its strong commitment to health, safety, and well‑being at work.

Your mission

In direct collaboration with the HSE Manager and production teams, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying and managing the prevention and safety policy on site;
• Participating in risk analyses and proposing appropriate action plans;
• Supporting modernization projects and regulatory compliance;
• Actively contributing to staff awareness and training;
• Collaborating with CP1 and all departments to ensure a safe and respectful working environment.

Profile sought

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HSE role, ideally in an industrial or food environment;
• Good knowledge of the Belgian legal framework for safety and prevention;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and hands‑on approach;
• Fluent French, knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
