We're looking for a senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT service delivery in a complex, multi-provider environment, using ITIL and SIAM governance.
What you'll do
- Coordinate internal and external providers across the service lifecycle.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, performance, risks, issues and escalations.
- Lead operational and tactical service reviews.
- Follow incidents, recurring problems, changes and improvement actions.
- Report service performance and identify improvements.
What you bring
- 10 years in Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management, with expert ITIL knowledge.
- 5 years in multi-provider governance and coordination.
- 5 years in escalation and risk management.
- Expert stakeholder management in complex environments.
- SIAM and end-to-end service management experience.
- Experience in a defence or equivalent government context.
- French, English and Dutch at B2.
