- Manage supplier relationships during mass production and pre-SOP phases, ensuring smooth coordination, issue follow-up, and risk escalation.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify and evaluate potential suppliers across Europe.
- Manage RFQ/RFI processes, analyze supplier quotations, and support supplier selection.
- Prepare and support cost and contract negotiations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement in production.
- Ensure proper contract administration and maintain accurate supplier documentation.
- Present structured analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement/Purchasing.
- 2–8 years of experience in purchasing environment (junior to senior profiles considered).
- Experience in an automotive OEM or Tier 1 is mandatory.
- Experience in purchasing parts/components is a strong asset
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
