Centro de Investigación Príncipe Felipe (CIPF) is seeking a researcher to work on new CDD models in Drosophila. The project will generate and characterize CDKL5 deficiency syndrome models in fruit flies in collaboration with the PI Máximo Ibo Galindo.
The appointed person will perform crosses, maintain fly strains, prepare culture media, and employ molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and cloning to advance the study.
