Analyste Métier

We're looking for a business analyst to define requirements for digital permit workflows and back-office solutions. You'll map data exchanges across stakeholder groups and help validate solutions against business needs.

What you'll do

• Define functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders.
• Model processes and data flows between internal and external users.
• Facilitate acceptance testing workshops and write test scenarios.
• Run integration and consistency tests, supporting business users.
• Support solution rollout, incident follow-up and production monitoring.
• Contribute to process optimisation through generative AI and automation.

What you bring

• Experience in business analysis and process modelling.

• Target process design and support for back-office solution deployment.
• Stakeholder management and alignment across multiple groups.
