Role Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Non‑Life Insurance Production Advisor. You will independently manage diversified portfolios and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their requests.
• Independently managing insurance portfolios, including personal and business policies.
• Communicating daily with various insurance companies to negotiate and oversee necessary management actions.
• Ensuring rigorous administrative tracking of requests in the BRIO management tool, while adhering to deadlines and underwriting standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PCP certificate.
• Significant experience working in a brokerage firm or insurance company, with several years of practical experience.
• Good knowledge of the BRIO software and standard office applications.
• Perfect command of French; knowledge of Dutch is an added asset.
• Personal qualities: enthusiasm, empathy, organization, attention to detail, independence, strong teamwork skills, and remarkable ability to identify and analyze client needs.
