What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our small team at Hitodé.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage their time efficiently, and has an eye for detail, both in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Preparing sushi rolls
- Preparing sushi rice and mise en place
- Ensuring consistent quality, presentation and hygiene
- Working efficiently and independently during busy services
Availability
- Friday 16u - 22u
- Saturday 17u - 22u
- Sunday 15u - 22u
To start: as soon as possible
