Job Description

- Analysis: Mapping out daily activities and bottlenecks, and structuring effective management routines and consultation sessions.
- Communication: Establishing clear communication channels to streamline information flows and ensure transparency across departments
- KPIs: Designing visual boards for the workplace and setting relevant KPIs
- Improving workplace atmosphere: Fostering engagement on the shop floor and restoring constructive working relationships.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and persuasive consultant who knows how to motivate teams, excels at change management and relationship management, and easily builds support on the shop floor.
