Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced Logistics & Supply Chain environment, helping streamline international distribution and delivery processes while advancing your career among the best French-speaking jobs in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain logistics discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
- Coordinate between warehouse operations, carrier services, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking, providing accurate updates and proactive solutions to logistics bottlenecks.
- Maintain high service standards by addressing complex claims related to the logistics and supply chain process.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
- Update and maintain accurate database logs regarding regional shipping routes and delivery status reports.
- Provide expert guidance on shipping policies, delivery timeframes, and transport regulations to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven experience or a strong interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure delivery scenarios.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard digital logistics tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria.
