GCS Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Chapter Lead) for an AI products program in Ghent, Belgium. The role leads the transition from partner-built to in-house squads, hiring ten to fifteen engineers across Belgium and the Netherlands by the end of 2027, while guiding architectural and QA practices and ensuring product quality.
