Job Description & Summary

As an OneStream specialist at PwC, you will help clients build trust and maintain their evolutionary edge by developing finance models, supporting user training, and bridging the gap between IT and business. Your role will involve working on projects end‑to‑end covering consolidation, costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting and more.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a keen interest in CFO agendas and how technology trends affect them.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into concrete user stories.
  • Develop OneStream finance models in areas such as consolidation, costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Train client end users and support them during UAT.
  • Onboard client application & model builders and prepare training materials.
  • Deliver top‑quality deliverables to clients.
  • Analyze business needs of different clients and translate them into a OneStream blueprint.
  • Bridge the gap between IT and business using analytics and intelligent automation tools to assess processes, define requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Participate actively in a growing team delivering projects end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

  • Proactive approach, flexible attitude, initiative and reliability.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science plus at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with OneStream and potentially other EPM solutions (Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Board, Workday Adaptive, CCH Tagetik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • OneStream certification is a strong asset.
  • Working knowledge or project experience in accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting or reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Team spirit and willingness to take ownership of key project deliverables.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and either Dutch or French; other languages are an asset.
  • Exposure to improvement initiatives related to finance processes, systems, organization, working capital, cash flow, cost reduction, etc. is an asset.
  • Consulting exposure is a plus but not required.
