We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our logistics team specialized in telecommunications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management, storage, and distribution of telecom equipment and materials.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming telecom equipment and materials.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse in accordance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and issue equipment intended for field teams, technicians, and other departments.
- Keep inventory records up to date and carry out regular stock checks.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
- Prepare orders and the necessary documentation for deliveries and internal transfers.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
- Use warehouse management systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, technical, and project management teams.
- Comply with company procedures regarding equipment handling, safety, and inventory control.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
- Experience with telecom equipment or materials is a significant asset.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle and move warehouse materials and equipment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.

What We Offer
Fixed-term contract for a period of three months (with the possibility of conversion to a permanentcontract following a positive evaluation)
Market-based remuneration supplemented with fringe benefits
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Occasional weekend work may be required, depending on business needs.
