As Clinical Consultant Infusion, you will support hospitals and healthcare professionals with the safe and effective use of advanced infusion systems. You will combine clinical knowledge with an advisory and commercial role, guiding nursing teams, delivering training and supporting the implementation of medical equipment. The position is primarily field based and connects medical technology with everyday clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical support: Guide nurses and healthcare professionals in the safe and correct use of infusion systems.
• Training: Organise and deliver demonstrations, practical sessions and clinical training within hospitals.
• Clinical expertise: Act as a point of contact for questions regarding equipment use and clinical applications.
• Implementation: Support hospital teams during the introduction and implementation of new infusion technologies.
• Stakeholder relationships: Build strong relationships with nursing teams and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Commercial support: Assist commercial colleagues with product demonstrations, tenders and customer discussions.
• Quotations: Prepare proposals and quotations for hospitals and existing customers.
• Customer needs: Visit existing customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Opportunities: Identify additional customer needs and contribute to further relationship development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal commercial and product colleagues to support customers effectively.

Required competences & skills

• Education: Bachelor degree in Nursing or an equivalent clinical background.
• Infusion experience: Experience with infusion therapy, infusion pumps or other technical medical equipment.
• Clinical environment: Experience within intensive care, operating theatres or neonatology is a plus.
• Medical technology: Strong interest in innovative medical equipment and willingness to develop further expertise.
• Communication: Confidence in guiding, training and advising healthcare professionals.
• Customer focus: Ability to work independently while maintaining strong external relationships.
• Commercial mindset: Commercial awareness or motivation to develop commercial capabilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly to hospitals across Flanders.
