Senior Business Manager – Interim Management | YER Brussels

Are you an entrepreneurial professional with strong commercial skills and a passion for business development and people management?

YER is looking for a driven Senior Business Manager to lead and grow our Interim Management division in Brussels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand the division, develop new client relationships and build a strong network of interim managers.

Your Responsibilities

• Further develop the Interim Management division in Brussels and define its commercial strategy.
• Acquire new clients and build long-term business partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a network of experienced interim managers.
• Advise clients on their needs and connect them with the right professionals.
• Lead, motivate and support the team in achieving its goals.
• Drive commercial performance and identify new business opportunities in the market.
• You will report to the Managing Director Belgium

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, interim management, consultancy or business development.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm is an asset.
• Strong commercial skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
• Experience in leading or developing a team, or the ambition to take the next step in your career.
• Fluency in French & Englisch and good knowlegde of Dutch.
