Luminex Network Intelligence is seeking a Support Engineer & Application Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for technical support, assisting our global partners and customers. Additionally, you will handle fault analysis and product repairs, leveraging your knowledge of electronics to keep our cutting-edge technology functioning seamlessly in the field.
- Technical Support & Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Luminex products and become a trusted technical advisor for both internal teams and customers.
- Fault Analysis & Repair: Conduct fault diagnostics and electronic repairs (including board swaps) to resolve hardware issues, ensuring our products maintain top performance.
- Customer Support: Provide timely, professional support through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live support.
- Network Technology: Continuously expand your knowledge of networking and AV technology, applying it to real-world scenarios in professional AVL environments.
- Issue Reporting & Feedback: Collaborate with the development team by reporting issues and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our products.
- Project Assistance: Review and validate network setups for upcoming projects, providing expert advice to ensure optimal system performance.
- Field Support: Occasionally provide on-site technical support for installations and troubleshooting.
