Our client is a leading Belgian manufacturing company and a trusted partner of major international players in the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors. They specialize in producing high-precision metal and plastic components through a fully integrated and innovative production process.
What will you do?
As an Injection Molding Technician / Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up, changing, starting, and monitoring injection molding machines
- Performing quality checks at production startup according to specifications
- Preventing defects and ensuring products meet quality standards
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on molds
- Suggesting improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized
What are we looking for?
- You have a technical diploma (TSO - Mechanics, Plastics, or similar)
- You have experience in a plastic processing or manufacturing environment
- You have knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds
- You enjoy hands-on technical work
- You can work independently but also thrive in a team
- You speak Dutch and/or English fluently
