Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with architects, designers, planners, contractors, and authorities.
- Provide professional, product-focused advice to position Fundermax as the trusted partner in exterior and interior applications.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and projects.
- Manage and coordinate projects independently – from first contact to successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales Support and Application Engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in construction, architecture, or building materials.
- Strong network within the architectural and construction ecosystem in Belgium.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and proactive with a “hunter” mindset and strong service orientation.
- Willingness to travel and manage projects across the region.
- Fluent Flemish OR French, intermediate to fluent English (written and spoken).
