Mantis Robotics in Leuven is seeking an applied research engineer to advance how our robots perceive humans and make real-time decisions. You will design and train perception models, fuse sensor data, and deploy edge-optimized solutions on industrial robots, collaborating with control, firmware, and safety teams.
A MS or PhD in CS/Robotics/EE/Applied Math or equivalent industry track record — with a history of turning perception tech into shipped products — is highly valued.
