What you´ll do
TALENTACQUISITION
You will oversee the complete process of interns’ recruitment:
- Gather the needs of hiringmanagers
- Prepare vacancy texts,reflecting the needs of each department, in order to attract stronginternship candidates
- Post and analyze applicationsthrough various channels
- Drive first screening calls& share feedback/recommendations to hiring managers
- Monitor internship agreementprocesses and internal hiring
CAMPUSMANAGEMENT
- Be the HR ambassador within theinternship community, in charge of organizing monthly activities andanimate the group of interns, to optimize their experience
- Administrative follow-up of the6-month stays of the interns (onboarding, days-off, pulse-checks, exitprocedures)
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Support the Recruitment Partnerin charge of Academic Relations, by attending events at universities andbusiness schools in Belgium
- Take part in a wide range of HRprojects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, etc.
