Zoom on the job:facilitate workshops to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunitiesanalyse current and future business processes and identify relevant AI and workflow automation use casesestimate solution costs and support business case developmentcollect, analyse, challenge and prioritise business, functional and non-functional requirementsdocument user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data requirements, controls and expected benefitstranslate business requirements into solution designs covering agent behaviour, instructions, topics, tools, actions, integrations and user experienceconfigure, test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or other internal AI platformsprepare and execute functional, integration and regression testscoordinate user acceptance testing and resolve defectsvalidate accuracy, permissions, fallback scenarios and expected outcomescollaborate with architecture, platform, security, privacy and data teams to ensure compliance with organisational standardsdemonstrate solutions, prepare user guidance and support solution rolloutmonitor adoption, usage and quality metricsgather feedback and manage a prioritised improvement backlogmaintain functional and technical documentation, operating procedures and support materialsprovide support for incidents, changes and ongoing solution maintenanceCome as you are, ideally with:relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience in business analysis, information systems, engineering, automation or a related fieldat least 5 years of experience combining business or functional analysis with the delivery of digital, low-code or workflow automation solutions in an enterprise environmenthands-on experience building, testing and maintaining solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automatestrong knowledge of workshop facilitation, process analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, fit-gap analysis and user acceptance testingpractical understanding of AI agent concepts including instructions, topics, knowledge grounding, actions, guardrails and human hand-off or escalation patternsability to understand APIs, authentication, integrations, data flows and solution architecture conceptsawareness of security-by-design, privacy, access control, responsible AI, data governance and maintainability principlesstrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skillsability to work independently and collaborate effectively with specialist teamsfamiliarity with concepts such as LLMs, MCP and RAGfluent in English with a good working knowledge of Dutch and/or French and the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate clearly across the organisationWhat if you became AI & Automation Solutions Analyst at Equans?For you this means:a market rate salary in line with your education and experienceinteresting training and career opportunitiesgroup insurance, hospitalization insuranceeco vouchers, meal vouchers, representation allowance, 13th month, holiday payelectrical lease car, charging card, bicycle lease plansmartphone with subscription, internet feeadditional paid leave, seniority leave, homeworkingdiscounts through Benefits@Work (culture, sports, travel, and more)
