We are looking for our future colleague to join our committed team within our Procurement division, based at our Nivelles site. As a Head of Procurement, you will play a key role in achieving our sustainability and innovation goals while bringing your expertise to drive ambitious projects. Here are the responsibilities and skills we value:
Job Description:
- You define and drive the overall procurement strategy using rigorous financial indicators in order to optimize costs and create sustainable value across all categories.
- You lead strategic sourcing initiatives and transformation projects regarding tools, processes, and governance in order to maximize operational performance.
- You act as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, and Senior Management in order to align procurement priorities seamlessly with business goals.
- You lead high-stakes negotiations and build strong, resilient supplier relationships in order to secure our value chain and foster innovation.
- You manage, develop, and empower procurement teams in order to establish a performance-driven culture built on accountability and financial rigor.
- You leverage proven senior procurement leadership experience alongside strong financial mastery (P&L analysis, spend analysis) in order to drive data-based strategic decisions.
- You master strategic sourcing practices and change management methodologies in order to successfully transform procurement processes in complex industrial environments.
- You communicate fluently in French and Dutch (with English as a strong asset) in order to negotiate effectively and align with all local and corporate stakeholders.
- You exercise recognized leadership and strong interpersonal skills in order to influence senior executives and unite cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
- You combine a clear strategic vision with a results-oriented mindset in order to consistently achieve and exceed financial and operational targets.
