KU Leuven invites applications for a 4-year PhD on AI-driven multimodal data fusion models in rare diseases, hosted in the Department of Human Genetics, Leuven, Belgium. The successful candidate will work under Prof.
Alejandro Sifrim with international co-supervisors. You will develop zero-shot multimodal fusion models using spatial and single-cell omics, histopathology, and clinical data to enable diagnostic prediction, with secondments at University of Manchester and Spotlight Pathology Ltd.
