Fixed Network Quality

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fixed Network Quality & Service Management Manager to lead the performance and quality of our fixed networks, including fiber and coaxial infrastructure, as well as associated services such as TV and Internet.

This strategic role is vital in ensuring our network meets the highest industry standards, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and supporting our business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Provide strategic leadership for the quality management of fiber and coax networks. Influence investment decisions through insightful analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end network and service quality, setting benchmarks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer support and commercial departments.Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers of performance monitoring solutions.
• Manage a team of technical service managers and analysts fostering a culture of excellence.

• Extensive knowledge of HFC & Fiber network operations, DOCSIS, XGS-PON, GPON standards and advanced network monitoring techniques.
• Proven track record in managing complex technical projects and leading cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with DVB-C, OTT, IPVR services is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with other Lean methodology is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
